- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

Still here. Unreal hotel. Came for our 40th wedding anniversary not disappointed at all. Staff unreal. Cleaning staff brilliant. Our room is 227 no waiting to get into room.

Fantastic Hotel in Albufeira
Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff are so friendly and accommodating to your needs, whatever they may be.
I will for sure be heading back here hopefully very soon. Very close to the beach (5 min walk) and lots of bars and restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. The hotel food is also very nice, so if you chose to stay at the hotel for food, it is to a very good standard.
The rooms are a good size and have everything you need as well as brilliant privacy.
All in all, a very fantastic place to stay whether your trip is long or short.

A little bit disappointing
Our room had a view of apartments across the road. We felt overlooked so we never sat on the balcony or opened the curtains fully.
Tea & Coffee making was provided in the room but the bottle of water for filling the kettle was not replenished. Also drinks were not provided at evening meals.
Room was clean and tidy with the opportunity to ask for the room not to be cleaned for which the hotel gave you a €5 voucher in return each day if wanted.
We found an issue with the bathroom sink, in that it did not have a plug to stop water going down the drain. We felt that this was contrary their green award.
The room whilst having hanging rails for clothing lacked drawers.
WIFI was available throughout the hotel.
Food variety was plentiful but not always to our taste.
The staff we met were pleasant & helpful. Also, they provided a small packed breakfast on the day of our leaving.
Local transport from near the hotel into the old town was available, and when we chose to walk it took about forty minutes.
The beach was accessed by wooden steps from near the hotel rear exit. In the evening after visiting the beach cafe the lighting for the steps after dark extremely poor making it extremely dangerous.
We enjoyed our holiday in Albufeira but would not return as we found it to be to much of a party town with stag and hen parties plus lots places with large tv screens showing football. Much too noisy for us.

Lovely hotel brilliant location
Lovely hotel situated in a brilliant spot.
A group of 10 of us stayed here (5 couples) and we really enjoyed it.
Good points
- clean around the hotel and rooms
- big pool with decent toilets near and bar/snack bar
- snack bar food was really good and you can have it delivered to you at your sun lounger
- friendly staff
- free safe & beach towels
- quite a decent choice of food for breakfast
- location is perfect
- the cider on draught in pool bar is gorgeous
- beach is near (however a lot of wooden steps down to it)
- beds comfy and decent pillows
- the massage lady by the pool was amazing, so worth €35 one of the best massage's I've ever had
- aircon in room works well and they keep a card in the electric slot so it stays on and you can charge items whilst your out
Bad points
- no drawers or area for clothes other than a few hangers
- rooms on front can hear the local hangover bar's karaoke until 3 in the morning
- the lighting in rooms very dark and very few plugs
- the hot food at breakfast wasn't very 'hot'
- pool bar very expensive €4 for a small fizzy drink
- towel reserving from stupid times in the morning
We would definitely return due to the laid back ness of the hotel and the cleanliness and friendliness. Cant fault much just the odd little thing, overall a lovely holiday and hotel.
One tip I'd add is download the Uber app if you want to get out anywhere and not walk. It was so much cheaper than the local taxi's and tuk tuk's.

Nice relaxing holiday
Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Everyone from reception when I booked in and out through the cleaners and the waiting staff. All genuinely friendly.
Couple of minor negative points.
The power points are partly in difficult locations when the main power points by the bed are in use.
Also the storage for clothes is not very good. There is one rail behind curtain to hang clothes and one drawer for other clothes. Not enough.
Breakfast was excellent. Good choices. Food that was not used by guests was taken away and replaced with freshly cooked food - eggs for example. The fruit on offer was lovely, fresh and delicious.
It would be easy to over eat at breakfast and not need to eat again until evening.
We did not eat in the hotel at night as we ate out locally so can’t comment but the prices did seem reasonable .
There were plenty of sunbeds but I’d guess there was not a full occupancy at the time of our visit so I wouldn’t like to speculate about peak season. Despite this the towels were out early every day. I did notice people not using reserved beds until mid afternoon. Perhaps that could be tightened up.
